Brooklyn movers, based on Ocean Parkway.

Planetary Movers is a Brooklyn company with its office on Ocean Parkway. We move apartments, houses and offices anywhere in the borough, whether that is a co-op in Bay Ridge or a walk-up in Williamsburg.

We also move people into self-storage units all over Brooklyn, from Downtown Brooklyn and Gowanus to Sheepshead Bay.

The homes we move here

Brooklyn has brownstones with steep stoops, prewar walk-ups, newer elevator buildings along the waterfront and detached houses further south. Every one of them changes how many people we send and how long the move takes.

Parking and stairs

Parking a truck on a Brooklyn block can take some planning, especially on narrow streets or on street-cleaning days. Tell us about parking, stoops and stairs at both ends when you ask for a quote. Stairs above the third floor can add to the price, and we tell you about that up front.

Services in Brooklyn

• Apartment and home moves. We move studios and houses, walk-ups and doorman buildings, anywhere in the five boroughs, billed by the hour with a crew sized to the job.
• Moves into storage. We load your things, take them to your self-storage unit and stack it properly, then move them out when you are ready.
• Packing and unpacking. We pack the whole place, just the kitchen, or only the fragile things. Boxes and materials come with the job if you ask.
